Heatless Air Dryers

International-standard manufacturer of Heatless Compressed Air Dryers. Our Heatless Air Dryers deliver ultra-dry, moisture-free air for critical applications—without using external heaters—by harnessing advanced adsorption technology.

Working Principle

Compressed air is first cleaned by a coalescing pre-filter, then directed into one of two desiccant-filled towers where moisture is adsorbed. After a timed cycle, 10–12 % of the dried air purges and regenerates the saturated tower while the alternate tower continues adsorption. Automatic sequencing guarantees a continuous supply of stable, moisture-free air at the set dew point.
