Air Cooled After Cooler

Yunik Air Solutions is a leading manufacturer and supplier of air-cooled after coolers designed to reduce compressed-air temperature, condense out moisture, and protect downstream equipment—using only ambient air and no external cooling medium.

Working Principle
Hot compressed air enters the after cooler and passes through a tube-coil or plate-fin heat-exchange element. Simultaneously, ambient air is forced over the coils by a motor-driven fan, extracting heat from the compressed air. As the temperature drops, moisture condenses and is separated by an internal moisture separator, then expelled via an automatic drain valve—delivering cool, drier air to your process.
